Manufacturing Process
At Star Plastics, we follow an established and effective manufacturing process to produce our products.

The entire production process is systematically mentioned below:

  • First, quality prone raw material is procured
  • Then, Plastic Granules are co-extruded with Ultra Violet or UV stabilizers
  • Extruded Granules are tested in our well equipped Labs
  • Pulverized powder is then poured into the molds
  • Then the mold tanks are taken to the furnace
  • Molds are then taken out of the furnace
  • Lastly, Molded Containers are taken out of the molds

We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure which includes manufacturing plant and other process departments. The manufacturing plant is highly automated with top class machines, equipments and tools. The efficiency of our machines is evident from the fact that they operate 24x7 to meet the clients’ deadlines. All these infrastructural facilities ensure that our products are produced in standard as well as client specified configurations.

Different machines integrated in the plant are as follows:

  • Injection/PVC Extrusion Machines from: Windsor India Ltd. Ferromatic , L&T
  • Blow Molding Machines from: CMP Make, 100 Liter Single / Double Station, 1000 Liter 2 Layer, 2000 Liter 3 Layer Blow Moulding,
  • Roto Molding Machines from: M Plast India Ltd. 3000 Liter and 1000 Liter 2 Machine and 10,000 Liter Rock n Roll
  • Raffia Tape Line from: Kolsite Machine Fabrik
  • Looms from: Exacta Machines

The entire infrastructure is fully supported by effective power back up facilities for assistance in instant power failures. We take the assistance of specialized outsourced transportation service providers.

State of Art imported Machinery consists of 100 Liter Single Station, 100 Liters Double Station, 1000 Liters 2 Layer and 2000 Liter 3 Layer Imported Blow Moulding Machines. Star Group is the largest Blow Moulding House in Northern India with so many state of art blow Moulding facilities.

The ISO 9001: 2008 factorys complexes have an area of 135,000 sq.meter with an installed capacity of 9000 metric tons per annum. This factory houses manufacturing facilities like Injection moulding,Molded Furniture & Injection Molding crates, Rotational moulding, Blow Moulding, PVC Injection Moulding, Pet Bottles Pharma and Pesticide, PVC Pipe Extrusion etc... This factory is primarily focused on institutional Sales and industrial products and OEM products for customers such as MNCs and etc.
